A one time, non-refundable $99 registration fee will be charged to each new adult registrant
FREE child (ren) registration when enrolled at the same time as a parent(s).
The Town Doctor® direct primary care membership fee(s) begins at time of registration. All future membership fees are paid by the calendar month. Payment of membership fees must be maintained and required to remain an active member and receive service. The membership fee(s) can be paid monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, or once a year. Our fees are simple & straightforward. Easy to read invoices. If you have questions, simply ask. We're always happy to walk you through.
