MEMBERSHIP FEE(S)
REGISTRATION + FEES
- Direct Primary Care: Save Now! No registration fee! A one-time $150 registration fee is applied to each adult enrollee at the time of registration, but we're waiving it for new members at this time. (Family registration fee max: $300).
- The Town Doctor® membership fee(s) begins at time of registration.
- Child(ren) can be added at the child rate when a parent is registered.
- Fees are billed at time of registration, and all future membership fees are paid on the 1st of the calendar month.
- Payment of membership fees must be maintained and required to remain an active member and receive service.
- The membership fee(s) can be paid monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, or a year.
- Credit card required to complete registration. I'm sorry, but we are unable to accept pre-paid cards.
- Our fees are simple & straightforward. Easy to read invoices. If you have questions, simply ask. We're always happy to walk you through.
MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
- Direct Primary Care Medical visits can be telemedicine or in-office visits.
- There is no 'office visit fee.'
- There are never any co-payments.
- Discounted pricing on medication, labs, imaging and additional services are offered as benefits to The Town Doctor® members. These are not included in the membership fee.
- Generic (non-controlled) medications are dispensed by The Town Doctor®
- We do not stock controlled medication.
- There are local resources available for low-cost immunizations, and routine -screening tests such as mammogram and colonoscopy.
