Hi, I’m Jai. I’m a counselor, and my passion is helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the challenges that life, relationships, and past experiences bring.
I’ve spent my career working with people affected by trauma and adverse childhood experiences, using a trauma-informed, relationship-centered approach—including Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI)—to help rebuild trust, strengthen connections, and create healthier patterns.
Whether you’re working through personal struggles, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, or the impact of past experiences, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. If you prefer, I can also integrate faith-based principles into our work together.
As a Lebanon native, it means a lot to serve the community that shaped me. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and healthier relationships, I’d be honored to walk with you.
I look forward to meeting you soon.
-Jai

We use the term “mental wellness” to indicate a state of being when a person can feel satisfaction and enjoy life regardless of her or his current situation and/or obstacles—when a person is able to use her or his strengths and resources to challenge life situations or circumstances. Through our sessions, I support the process of exploration, growth, and change. With active participation and guided exploration, I am able to help individuals, and couples engage in deep conversations, learn effective communication strategies, and gain insights into their relationship dynamics. I offer a dedicated and personalized approach to relationship healing and growth.
I'm here to listen, and help clients manage emotions, challenge negative thinking patterns, improve relationship skills, and reduce stress and anxiety. Our time together allows for progress, fostering understanding, empathy, and long-lasting positive change individually and within the relationship. The investment you make into your well-being is invaluable. Tailored to meet the specific needs of each child, adult or couple, our sessions use an evidence-based approach known for its effectiveness in promoting secure emotional bonds and resolving conflicts.
Preventative maintenance is always a great place to start. It also can be time to seek coaching when an issue is causing distress or interferes with daily living. Distress can mean negative thoughts, feelings, behaviors, or even a bodily sensation such as pain or fatigue.
